There is no official age limit however our tours may not be suitable for very small children as we don’t have space for push chairs or prams.  Children’s suitability is at your own discretion.

Tickets will only be refunded in full in the case of non sailing due to inclement weather conditions or other unforeseen technical or mechanical  issues.

If we cancel your trip we will contact you as soon as possible to offer to reschedule you to a later date. If this is not possible, we can issue you with a full refund. Please note: If you cancel a booking yourself we require at least 48 hours notice.

Our aim is to provide a relaxing tour. However we are out on open water and there may be some sea spray and cooler onshore breezes.  Suitable clothing and footwear should be worn. 

Unfortunately dogs are not allowed.

At the moment we are unable to cater for wheelchairs

Life Jackets (which are provided) must be worn at all times onboard, and must be put on before approaching the quayside

There is some walking down slipways and stepping on and off boat from dock you have to be reasonably mobile.

Passengers are responsible for their own safety.
